What we do

C4TS Depot L.L.C. purchases diabetic supplies from individuals located in California. These terms apply to any transaction between you and C4TS Depot L.L.C.

Payment

Approved purchases are paid via Cash, Cash App, or Zelle. The payment method and timing are confirmed with you before any transaction is completed.

No obligation to purchase

Contacting us or submitting items for review creates no obligation to purchase on our part, and no obligation to sell on yours. Any quote is an estimate and is not final until a purchase is completed.

Legal ownership of items

You represent and warrant that any items you offer to sell are legally owned by you and yours to sell. We do not purchase stolen goods or items obtained unlawfully or through insurance fraud.

Right to refuse

C4TS Depot L.L.C. reserves the right to refuse any purchase at our sole discretion — including items that do not meet our condition, expiration, or authenticity standards.

SMS Terms

C4TS Depot L.L.C., which trades locally as Cash for Diabetic Supplies, sends SMS text messages only to people who contacted us first and agreed to receive them. There are four ways to agree and no others: by texting one of our six published regional numbers, by agreeing when we ask on a phone call, by agreeing in writing by return email, or by ticking the optional text-message box on our quote form. That box is unchecked by default, and the form submits without it.

Texts are one-on-one and cover the supplies you offered to sell us: price quotes, pickup scheduling and arrival windows, and payment confirmations. We send no bulk or promotional marketing texts.

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or call or text the number you contacted.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or sale. Saying no does not affect your quote. See our SMS/Text Messaging policy for how we handle this information, and our SMS Opt-In page for how each of the four routes works.
