What we do
C4TS Depot L.L.C. purchases diabetic supplies from individuals located in California. These terms apply to any transaction between you and C4TS Depot L.L.C.
Payment
Approved purchases are paid via Cash, Cash App, or Zelle. The payment method and timing are confirmed with you before any transaction is completed.
No obligation to purchase
Contacting us or submitting items for review creates no obligation to purchase on our part, and no obligation to sell on yours. Any quote is an estimate and is not final until a purchase is completed.
Legal ownership of items
You represent and warrant that any items you offer to sell are legally owned by you and yours to sell. We do not purchase stolen goods or items obtained unlawfully or through insurance fraud.
Right to refuse
C4TS Depot L.L.C. reserves the right to refuse any purchase at our sole discretion — including items that do not meet our condition, expiration, or authenticity standards.
