How customers opt in to SMS from C4TS Depot
C4TS Depot L.L.C. · Last updated August 26, 2026
C4TS Depot L.L.C. operates regional storefronts under the name Cash for Diabetic Supplies (Sacramento, Stockton, Modesto, Dublin, Antioch, Fremont). Messages sent from a regional number identify with that regional name, as shown below.
How customers opt in — inbound text, and only inbound text
A customer opts in by texting our published number first — no one is added to SMS unless they message us. Our very first reply to that new conversation confirms the opt-in and includes message frequency, message & data rate disclosures, STOP/HELP instructions, and a link to our privacy policy.

"Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Privacy: www.c4tsdepot.com/privacy"
What messages we send
- Our first reply confirming opt-in, with disclosures
- Price quotes for items the customer offered to sell
- Pickup scheduling and same-day arrival-window texts
- Payment confirmations
- Periodic follow-ups to past sellers about a future purchase
How we handle STOP and HELP — not an opt-in path
Every message we send carries STOP and HELP instructions. A customer who replies STOP is opted out immediately, and a customer who has opted out can restore messages themselves by replying START. This is opt-out handling, not an opt-in method. START only restores a contact who had already opted in by texting us first and then chose to stop; it never enrolls anyone new, and we do not advertise or accept any keyword as a way to join.
