How to find your model number and expiration date

C4TS Depot L.L.C., trading locally as Cash for Diabetic Supplies

To give you the right price, we need the model number and the earliest expiration date on your boxes. Here is where to find them.

Dexcom G7

Look at the label on the box. The REF number shows the model: AT means a 10-day sensor and FT means a 15-day sensor, followed by a number such as 012. The expiration date is on the same label. Both are circled in the photo.

Omnipod 5

The expiration date is on the box label, circled in the first photo. The NRC number, circled in the second photo, tells us which version you have. An NRC number ending in 3000-21 (0021) is the G6/G7 version. Or just tell us which sensors your box lists: Dexcom G6/G7, Dexcom G6/Libre 2, or Libre 2 Plus/3 Plus.

Reply to our text with the model number and the earliest expiration date on your boxes. If you have several boxes, the earliest date is all we need.
